How Long does it take for Pre-Made Design to come through Email?

- Access the files immediately after the purchase is confirmed! ⚡ We will reach out to you and ask if you want any changes to the design.

(Please allow 30 mins - 1 hour) for files that need changes.

 

How can I get a Custom Design Made?

In order to get your Custom Design made, please contact us via Instagram @designdrix

Explain everything you need done.

- What is your brand name?

- Provide, reference photo, sketch or example of what you want created.

We will let you know price shortly! 🙌🏽

 

How Long does a Custom Design take?

- Please allow 2-4 day delivery as we are backed up with Custom Designs. If you like Express 1-2 day delivery it will cost $10 additional.

 

Help! I did not receive my design after purchase?

- Sorry if you did not receive your design. Please reach out to us via Instagram @designdrix or support@designdrix.com 

 

Can I make changes to a Premade Design?

- Yes you can make changes to the premade designs. Please let us know in the "Order Notes" section in Cart.

 

Can I pay money later?

- Unfortunately, you cannot. Clients have wasted our time in the past and do not respect our designers time. Our services are in high demand.

 

Can you do my whole collection?

Absolutely, we have done customers whole entire collection and it will be at a discounted rate! Feel free to reach out to us via Instagram @designdrix
